NLA have handed over this semi-detached Edwardian house which required full strip-out & renovation. Acting as contract administrators on a traditional building contract, the project was successfully completed within a year. Carefully working within the parameters of a highly sensitive Conservation Area and collaborating with technical consultants, builders & other design specialists, NLA were able to create a modern livable home embedded with enjoyable traditional character.
