15.11.23 Consultancy Services Completed on New Bond Street

NLA have successfully completed their appointment to a high end fashion retailer by providing project consultancy from Stage 0 Strategic Definition through to Stage 5 Construction. This exciting project consisted of the refurbishment of 6 Grade II* listed buildings which were previously restored by Sir Norman Foster for luxury goods brand Asprey in 2001 which included a new sweeping spiral staircase and glazed roof canopy. NLA’s scope of works included assisting in the development of the spatial and operational brief, supporting preliminary project consultants and building work appointments, and acting as local architects coordinating the design with local standards, regulations and procurements as well as the technical information with the wider team.
