20.11.23 Initial Design for Cholmeley

Following NLA’s appointment, the practice has developed initial design proposals for this 4 bedroom semi-detached house located in the Highgate Conservation Area, North London. The brief required the practice to provide a solution for open plan living but with the flexibility to close off parts to create quiet spaces for a growing family. After undertaking design workshops with the client & developing exploration CGI models to refine the design, NLA will now prepare a full planning application for external works including a new rear extension & roof balcony.
