23.01.24 Sketch Design Under Development in Belsize

 NLA have started the new year working on an exciting flat refurbishment located on Belsize Park Gardens, Camden. The top floor flat forms part on a Victorian five-storey building which was previously renovated by the infamous modernist architect Eldred Evans, well known for designing Tate St Ives. Working within a tight programme and boundaries with existing tenants above and below, NLA are now collaborating closely with the clients to deliver the best suited project for their needs.
