07.10.22 Planning Submitted for Rowland

We are pleased to announce that the planning application for the refurbishment of this Mews house located just off of Fulham Road, West London has now been submitted to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea council. After being appointed, the practice held numerous design workshops with the client to fully understand their brief and create the best possible solution for the project. Located within the Thurloe & Smith Charity Conservation Area, the new design includes full renovation of the existing building and a rear ground floor extension with carefully positioned openings creating a visual connection to the garden.
