This intricate refurbishment & transformation of a 3-storey Edwardian house into 3 separate new flats allowed the current owners to relocate to the ground floor with a generous contemporary open plan space & external work studio.

In order to maximise the potential of the ground floor flat two rear extensions were added with large bespoke metal framed openings to provide natural daylight throughout. With the spaces arranged to provide unobstructed linear volumes from front to back, attention to detail is evident on the materials & finishes, most notably the clients reclaimed wood flooring used.
