05.02.18 Site Update on Hillfield Avenue

Having begun construction in June 2017 the conversion of this terraced Edwardian family house into 3 new flats is fast developing and is on target to be completed by March 2018. Currently occupied by two vintage fabric traders who are looking to relocate to the ground floor flat with an external working space & two rear extensions, NLA have provided services from the planning & detailed design stages through to the administration of the building contract.
