28.09.18 Planning Submitted for Markham Square

NLA have submitted full-planning to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the refurbishment of this five storey traditional terraced house within the Conservation Area.

The proposal includes a single storey lower & ground floor rear extension, a new barrel-vaulted portico entrance & internal alterations with full renovation works.

The design aims to demonstrate that we have taken a considered approach to the proposed alterations through extensive study of the local context taking into consideration core strategies and policies.
