20.05.22 Camden Completion

We are pleased to announce the completion of a full refurbishment to a four storey semi-detached house located in Camden, North London. With a growing family the clients sought a design which opened the ground floor to create a spacious, naturally lit kitchen - dining - living room where the family could interact whilst visually connecting to the garden. To accommodate the new spatial arrangements designed through a close client involvement approach a new 4m extension, loft conversion & outhouse studio were developed with a fresh interior fit-out through good working collaborations with supplier & specialists.

NLA provided services from RIBA Work Stage 0-7, this including full design, preparation of planning applications & submissions, preparation of building control, tender & construction packages & acting as contract administrator during construction works.
