17.06.24 Belsize Park Gardens On-Site

NLA have successfully completed design, tender & construction packages for works to now start on this private flat refurbishment project within a Victorian residential block in near Belsize Park in the Camden Conservation Area. Through collaboration with the clients, building managing agent and regulatory bodies the practice have successfully provided services from RIBA Work Stage 0-4 & are now acting as contract administrator during the construction works on this exciting renovation project.
